　We give an estimate for the arrangement of containers.
　If you accept the price and provide prepayment, we will make a firm booking.

　In case additional expenses arise at customs clearance, we subsequently contact you.
　After confirming the payment, we will provide you with B/L and other necessary documents．

※ Please submit the following data in e-mail to ensure smooth customs clearance:

　(i)  images showing loading processes (obligatory, at least 5 images);

　(ii)  image(s) capturing the container number; and

　(iii)  image(s) of the sealed container

 

Ⅱ.　Preparation and submission of shipping documents (invoice, packing list, etc.)

※ Include the units of items.

※ Specify the official names of parts.
